The work went really well.  We were totally satisfied with every port of their procedure.  They did have to come out to fix one part of the morter, where  I was not totally satisfied.  They were more then happy to do that.

They were very honest and really entertained questions that we had. They were helpful overall but no doubt expensive. They were very informative on what steps we needed to take. They did find some things wrong with our fireplace. We would use them again in the future.

Despite all addresses for all of the homes in my neighborhood being prominently, clearly and unambiguously displayed, this company's employees tore down and rebuilt a completely undamaged masonry structure in the front yard of a neighbor two houses down instead of at our home as promised. When I told Mr. Parker I no longer wanted his company's services, he flatly and ungraciously refused to refund my deposit of about $750.00 (he had demanded 1/2 of the total project price as the deposit). The BBB then refused to help me, insisting that I should've let this company have another opportunity to come out and tear down the wrong masonry structure again. Two-and-a-half years later, in a completely unrelated series of complaints which had nothing to do with me, this company had its BBB membership revoked. This company continues to rent out display space from time to time at Costco. When we alerted Costco to this company's history of poor performance, Mr. Parker threatened to sue us for slander (never mind that truth is a complete defense against slander). This is one bad, bad company and company ownership. Their policy appears to be never, ever to issue a refund under any circumstances, no matter how poorly they perform.

Their spaced-out employees went to the wrong house (two houses south of mine) and tore down and re-built that neighbor's front yard brick light post. When, based on that incompetence, I withdrew my request for services and demanded a full refund of my up-front payment, Mr. Parker's company flatly refused any refund whatsoever. The BBB, of which they were a member, refused to help. Ironically, on Dec. 8, 2009, the BBB formally revoked the accreditation of Mr. Parker's company, citing numerous unresolved complaints after a required suspension period for Mr. Parker's company.
