It was great. The crew knew what they were doing. Quick, friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves so very hard to tell they were even there. When giving the estimate the owner added his knowledge as to how the tree should be trimmed.

This is not the first time we have used them, and each time I count on his [their] expertise as to what should be done...for a great job and at a fair price

We purchased our home in October of 2013 knowing that much work was needed on the many trees in both the front and back
yards. We wanted a registered arborist to detail the work, as we have had problems in the past with unqualified workers leaving trees butchered. After a search, we found TreeScapes (and 2 other companies we were interested in). We received quotes from all 3. TreeScapes was not the lowest quote, but the owner (Who did the quote, and detailed the work to be done) was very knowledgeable, forthright, and courteous.
On the date selected, a 3 person crew arrived, on time, and went through with us what they were going to do, and why. They completed the work as noted, and cleaned up everything. They were courteous, answered any questions we had, and made suggestions on how we should maintain the trees going forward.

They were very good. There were no problems with the clean up after their work.

A rush job starting at 6:45 AM. The crew was one man short and over-committed timewise - it appears they had to be at another job site by one o'clock. Three men worked for six hours, too short a time to complete job details. They did a good cleanup job and hauled away a modest amount of cuttings. The charge, after a seniors' discount, amounted to $ 70 per manhour plus tax. Last year I paid another contractor $ 40 per manhour which I considered as being expensive for local conditions.
