At the time I began looking at homes in Spokane, I did not live in the area. I contacted Tony to make arrangements to meet him at one of his listed properties. I did not find that home suitable, but that first meeting began our quest to find me the right home in Spokane. After coming to Spokane 4 more times and looking at many homes, I finally found the one on which I wanted to make an offer. Tony worked closely with me, my real estate agent for the home I was selling in another city, and my lending agent. The timing of closing on the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home could not have been coordinated better. Parts of the basement were deplorable because of pet damage and trash left by the former owners, and the yard had been neglected. Once the purchase of the home was final, Tony helped so much by contacting people who cleaned the property and the home before I moved in (I did not know anyone in Spokane except Tony!). So once I arranged for delivery of my personal items, the home was ready to inhabit. And all this was possible in the needed time frame solely because of Tony's concern and perseverance. Since moving to the Spokane area, Tony and I continue to be in contact. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated real estate agent. His knowledge of the Spokane area is outstanding.
