TIM'S COMFORT PLUS

Went great, Tim is a very professional tech and friendly. He found the current issues and it turned out that our male cat had turned off the breaker that is outside the main panel - go figure. Since he was there he went over the current sytem and found bad banks of heating elements and was able to find that the parts are not longer made or available. Due to our past relationship (did computer work for his company) he gave great recommandations on what I need and what is the best for the house. He gave me the name of a company that installs new that he would trust in his personal home.

It went great. They were very trustworthy and professional. He seemed real honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

I scheduled a time and date to have the owner arrive at my home in the month of October and again in March. The first visit was to have him check all systems to make sure all were running well for the fall and winter season.- He was very prompt as well as informative. He took time to explain how the heating and A/C function and gave me instructions on how to stay on top of the maintenance.
I had him return in the Month of March to adjust some vents. He did not charge me for that service.

I fully intend to have him do routine checks on my systems and if repairs are needed, I will have him do those as well.
