Carpet Barn is a locally owned full service flooring company that has been serving Greater Spokane for decades! Offering a wide range of products to suit the needs of residential and commercial projects, our staff is knowledgable and personable, and able to give individual attention to your job from start to finish. Always in Stock for immediate needs: over 400 remnants, 20 styles of laminate, 100s of full rolls of carpet and vinyl flooring, and quality carpet cushions. Stone and tile available by special order. Licensed and bonded installation is available on all the products we sell over a 50+ mile radius service area. ( We charge a trip charge for customers outside Spokane and Spokane Valley locations.)

It did not go well. The person who was to come out to measure the stairs from the Carpet Barn no showed twice. When the day came for installation, they showed up 25 minutes late and then informed me that I would need to be there for the installation (this was never expressed to me by the Carpet Barn nor the installer when we met to go over questions). We'd already met for questions on a previous day which lead to me thinking their questions were answered and I could simply let them in. When I informed them that I was never told this and had to go to work they said they could not do the job, got mad, and rudely left. I would not recommend them to anyone. The job was complicated, which is why the installers came out on an entirely different day to go over the details. We have remodeled pretty much the entire house and have reasonable expectations by this point of how things should be done. Again, I would not recommend them to anyone.
