Brandon is the most thorough, informative, and knowledgeable inspector I have ever came across. His background and professional experience in many aspects of homes (HVAC, plumbing, etc) was evident and he allowed him to answer all questions we had. He told us what on the house needed to be fixed immediately, what would be an issue down the road, what could be fixed by us easily (and inexpensively!) and what was no big deal. He spent a great amount of time going through the home and answering every question we had - big or small, while never making us feel silly for our lack of knowledge. He let us know that he is available ANY time after the home inspection if an issue cropped up or if we had a question. It went very well. Brandon was very through and talked us through the inspection. He sent it off the same day so our realtor had the information asap. He also arranged for the sewer inspection for a very great price! He answered all our questions during the inspection and encouraged us to contact him with any future questions, which we did and he called back within 10 min! We have used Superior Home Inspections twice now and would never use anyone else. Prior to using Superior Home Inspections we had bought and sold 3 other homes and never witnessed such thoroughness before. Our last two homes have been new construction homes and we didn't think there would be anything to find. Surprisingly, there were some issues that needed fixing and we were so happy that we went ahead with the inspections even though our realtor and the home builder tried to talk us out of it. We are pretty sure our current home is our forever home, but in the event we end up buying again I wouldn't hesitate to use Superior Home Inspections.
