From the initial phone call to when I dropped off the bike, Steve was knowledgable, concise, and correct! He gave me an estimate for each possibility that my problem could be. I had to leave my bike at his shop for an extra day and he said it was no problem and that he'd have it ready for me whenever I could pick it up. When I arrived to pick up my bike, he had a small list of recommendations for me from a sound that the bearings made on my rear end, to a special coating for the gas tank that will remedy future carburetor and gas line issues. Steve also had some helpful hints of different things that I could do to the bike to make it last longer and run better. He explained to me the proper way to start my bike up also to give it a long life.I will be having Steve to all of my motorcycle repairs and upgrades in the future on this bike and any that I get. Thank you Steve!
