Pete and his crew were excellent. From day one Pete made picking and getting a beautiful granite counter installed in our kitchen an exciting experience. From meeting Pete to choose the stone slab to the finished installation everything was as he said it would be, scheduling and a high quality product. We are quite pleased!!

We replaced our existing cooktop with a range top which requires a fair amount of cuts in the counter. Another installer in Spokane attempted the install and a truly terrible job. Thankfully they gave us a partial refund and I hired Spokane Stone Creations to do it correctly. They did an amazing job. They made the required precision cuts that the other company wasn’t able to do. I was so discouraged after the other company’s install but Spokane Stone Creations made it all better. They communicated well, came out quickly, were very clean and thorough, and most importantly did a very professional job. They will definitely be the first company that I call next time.

I’m a local renovator who does high quality “flips” of higher end homes in the Spokane area. I’m new to the area and was looking for subcontractors with my same attention to detail and high quality of work. I found Spokane Stone Creations on an online search looking for a countertop installer. I was immediately assisted by Pete who let me know they had so much more to offer. Pete met me pretty quickly at the home and gave me quotes for the kitchen. I then started stacking on more jobs as I worked with him to include a lot of tiling in two bathrooms, one of which had a wet area with a soaking tub and shower, a full tile of a vintage bathtub area, a kitchen (floors and backsplash), and a fireplace surround. I also added on an LVP install in a basement bathroom at the end and he came through quickly to accommodate this as well. He did all of the cabinets and countertops in the kitchen too. Pete did a great job managing all of my different projects and met deadlines (really good for juggling so many different projects). Pete’s tile guys are THE BEST I have come across and now every tile job I see I say, “Pete’s team would have done a way better job”! In addition, his team consists of all professional, humble, and really kind people. I highly recommend Pete and his team. Pete helped me update and modernize a gorgeous 1932 home yet retain the character—this home will now survive another 100 years! I’m returning for work on my next job. Good in beginning. But things that needed attention after the walk thru were not addressed excuses were made why they could not return to fix things like Cabniet drawers not shutting properly and not meeting in middle and base trim looks Ike a mess. Owner did not want to come back out be careful if your all ready in contract with them to be sure project is complete before paying because you will not get them to come back.

I would not recommend this worker/company due to several issues the entire process. There was a significant lack of communication and general miscommunication. Essential steps of the installation process were overlooked/skipped and in the end he was not able complete the agreed upon job, which left us to finish the project ourselves. We also had issues dealing with with payment since he left work undone and now we have spent even more money hiring competent workers to finish remodeling our kitchen. Please do your research and look elsewhere for a remodel or update to your home.

Spokane Stone Creations filled in when a contractor failed on an insurance claim for a kitchen cabinet tear out and replace. I found Pete and his team to be very responsive and professional. They provided a fair value for the work provided, I would use them again.

Pete and his team came in and demolished a wall, installed all new countertops, backsplash, sink, and kitchen island. They were SO amazing to work with and the guys who came in were so polite. They cleaned up after they left the house each time and just did their thing and did it so well! The project was so smooth and Quick! Will definitely hire again if we decide to do any other work in our house!

These guys are amazing! I cannot tell you enough positive things. They were outstanding. I would hire again in a heartbeat and not even get other bids. We found out that our shower was having some tile problems and they had the old show demolished and the new tile installed within two days. It's amazing. They respond almost immediately to phone calls, texts and emails. I could not believe how good their price was compared to other bids. The made my wife and I so happy. Highly recommend. I would give six stars if I could. They even noticed in my second shower that there was a need for grout/seal. They will be my first call for any job they can do. See the before and after...and be jealous.
