Spokane Rock sent three trucks with the loads split to insure that the pour went smoothly. They were quick, professional, pleasant, and did a perfect job for us. They also went above and beyond. The last driver, Cole, finished faster than expected. Rather than leaving as he could have, he stayed and helped us finish the job, even shoveling concrete into our forms and insuring that we got the most for our money with utilizing the leftover concrete. We were blown away by this customer service. He just couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He is an excellent representative for an outstanding company that is truly focused on customer service. I recommend Spokane Rock Products most highly!
