This Co. ordered & installed 2 double-car garage doors (in black - not a highly available color) in my sister's shop last fall. She had me look them over afterward because I was working for a garage door manufacturer at the time and had more knowledge of garage door install/function than she did. Everything was installed properly & worked smoothly. Her floor was uneven (a common problem) which resulted in a small gap on the bottom of one side between the door & the floor. So Spokane Overhead Door came back out to put in a larger seal on the bottom of the door which fixed the issue perfectly. I've just moved in with my sister & have since used the doors multiple times. They are still working well & look great. I highly recommend this Co. for their knowledge & skill level. I plan to purchase a home in the area soon & if I have any garage door needs, I'm sure they'll be my first & only stop.

Our 1992 split level home came with the original white non insulated doors. They had received some damage from the recent Spokane wind storm and I had always wanted to replace them with insulated doors. My wife and I decided to replace both doors with new brown insulated doors. We called Spokane Overhead Doors and Alan was able to make it out the same day for a bid.
After a inspection of the existing garage door setup and he suggested we go with doors that had double pan steel construction with a foam insulation panel, keep our existing door openers, and replace all the weather seals.
Lead time for the special color doors was about a week.
Within 8 days of calling for a bid we had 2 new doors in a non standard color installed.
The new doors look and function great, and the insulation keeps the garage space about 5 degrees warmer.

We called for service on 11/5/13 and project was completed on 11/6/13 by 11:00a.m. Daryl, the Service Manager replaced both Springs, lubricated the bearings, rollers etc. and added some washers and tightened up one bracket. We were totally pleased with his service and pleasant personality.

Everything went smoothly. Eric was able to come out two hours earlier than anticipated, which was a bonus. All my questions were answered promptly. Spokane Overhead Door did work for us in 2011 as well and the experience was the same...GREAT! Very professional company with friendly staff. We will use this company for all of our garage door needs.

this is a rental house, and I was not there, my son was, and he said they were fast and plesant to work with. They were on time, which is very important to me, scheduling is everything!

Horrible!We got a quote from them for a new garage door. We got several quotes. They weren't the cheapest but we were referred to them by a friend so even though they were more we went with them.I told them they need to call for directions when they come out because the GPS would take them to the wrong spot. They didn't listen to me and got lost then called for directions.The guy arrived to do the work and all appeared to go well. Part of the deal was they would reattach our current opener to the new door.When he was done he tried to open and close the door, but the opener wouldn't work. We never had any problems with it not working in the past. He gave me a story that it was over heated because we had two light bulbs in it and it was hot outside. He's the expert so I couldn't argue with him.About two hours later my husband got home and it still wouldn't work. He called the tech and he gave him the same BS that it was overheated.We noticed every time we hit the button a green light would flash 7 times. We looked on line and found that meant a broken wire to the sensor. We were able to find the broken wire and we spliced it back together and it worked fine. We had to spend about an hour of our time to finish the job we paid them to do.Once we were able to use it we found the door was poorly installed. It shakes the whole garage and house when it goes up and down it's not centered in the hole and there are gaps. Our old door that was completely beat up was 10 times smoother up and down.I called the and spoke to the owner and he didn't want to listen to me he just wanted to over talk me. He did say he'd send some one out the next day to look at it.They came out and put on some different rollers and moved the opener some. the only issue they resolved was the gaps at the top.The door is a total P.O.S. and was poorly installed. I would have rather kept my old door that was cracked down the middle on 3 panels and patched up then paid for this.The owner said he'd take care of me. It's been several weeks and no word. I don't feel I've been taken care of just taken.Beware!

I would give them B overall. Their price was okay and quality was good. Their responsiveness was pretty fast.

They are awesome. Many companies came and measured the door but never came back. I confirmed with them on Thursday night and they came on Friday and finished the work before I came back home from work. They sent me the invoice by mail which was perfect. They were superfast. The price was good too.

I have used them before; they have done my house and I probably have purchased 8 or 9 doors over the years. I know the owner; he is a great guy and gives me a little discount. The quality of the doors is great and they are prompt and punctual. Their professionalism is great and I will use them again in the future.

I called and left a message on Sunday night and left a message requesting garage door service. I received a call at 7:30 the next morning offering to send a technician right away. He came 45 minutes later. He repaired my garage door immediately; he had the spring I needed even though my garage door is a 40 year-old wooden door. He also replaced broken hinges. He was so professional and answered my questions about getting a new door in an informative, helpful way. I was off to work in short order. I will probably go to their store to consider buying a new door.
