Spokane Movers

We couldn't have been happier. I've never had a move go so smoothly and without incident. We'd originally obtained a quote from a well known moving company that we had used before, but then encountered conflicts with the actual move dates so we had to find another company. We were really glad we did. Spokane Movers was incredible. Their estimate person came within a few days of calling and did a very thorough estimate. The packing/moving crew arrived on time with the number of crew members we were promised. They were professional and EXTREMELY efficient and organized. They very careful with our items (we had numerous pieces of fragile art and mirrors), and they had us packed and loaded in record time. We've unpacked 95 percent of our boxes and so far nothing is missing or damaged. They even called us 2-3 weeks later to check and see if everything was OK and if we had any missing or damaged items. The total bill was almost spot on with the original quote and was comparable to what we were quoted by the other moving company. I would highly recommend Spokane Movers.

The workers were punctual & pleasant in their interactions with us. However, they were not provided with the appropriate equipment to move major appliances or heavy furniture. Carrying such heavy pieces up basement stairs by hand was very time consuming, driving up the cost (hourly rate). I also think this failure to provide appliance hand trucks endangered the safety of the workers, I was nervous that they would get hurt.. The company also failed to provide workers with blankets to protect fragile items. Several days after the move, we turned a mirror leaning against the wall around & discovered it was damaged. For the number of items being moved, the time it took and the resulting cost was way too high. I would not hire them again.

Punctual, quick, at what seemed like a fair price to me.

We had 3 guys and a truck for 7 hours. They arrived on time and they were awesome! Very fast moving, hard working group. I was very impressed. We had zero breakage (my mother had used a different company and it had not gone well at all). They also were very responsive to my request (we have 2 special needs kids and I was trying to have the family room set up first so the girls had a safe haven to play in). I can't tell you how much that was appreciated!!

Beware of this Moving company. I had written a detailed review and it is no longer here? They moved one day, asked for half of the money to pay their guys, and never came back. I had half of my stuff and one house and half at the other. I even bought them pizza for dinner that night! They would not answer the phone. Never heard from them! It was terrible! Later I noticed several things that were damaged!

Everything went great. They took really good care of all of my things. They did a fantastic job.

They were great to work with and the only reason for not an A on all things was in the unload at the house. Things did not end up in the right locations. But partly my fault for not keeping a tighter rein on where things were going as they came off

Very professional-Got the job done quickly. Took care not to track snow in the new house. I will use them again and recommend.

I was very happy with their service. They moved my household goods from a storage unit in Spokane to my new home in Puyallup, and were on time and courteous. There was a misunderstanding on my part about when they would be bringing my stuff; my phone calls were answered promptly, and my concerns immediately addressed by the owner. I would recommend them for any kind of move you have!

All went very well. On schedule. Also careful handling our items.

I do not remember how much it cost but I was very happy with their work and would call them again.

It was great they came and loaded our old house up and moved it to our new home!!! Everything went off as scheduled and planned.

This was my second time using Spokane Movers. The first time I gave a
great review. This second time made me decide to NEVER use them again.
They took boxes, tipped them upside down to move them (totally
rearranging the insides), they broke an antique blanket chest, they
stood in the sidewalk complaining about how little they were getting
paid by their Spokane Movers bosses, they expressed displeasure when I
pointed out a whole area of material I needed to have moved, the movers
had a bad attitude. Even though everything was marked for the room it should be in,
items were placed anywhere at all.
Never again!

They came recommended to me from my dad. I would recommend them. They were reliable and on time. They were friendly and did not mark up any of the furniture.

They came when they said they were going to. They were careful with my belongings and helpful.

Went very well. Frustrating because items like tables were taken apart and not put back together. Partially my choice because I did not want to pay for more time.

It was a night mare !!!

They were somewhat late but explained why then worked carefully and diligently. They asked for directions rather than wander around looking for the complex then unloaded equally promptly. There was no damage to walls or furniture despite some tight corners.
