I refinanced my house in Spokane Wa. The mortgage rate in Spokane was very competitive. I first used one of those services where 20 banks compete and give you a quote and Spokane Mortgage had the lowest mortgage rate and the lowest overall cost for the mortgage, so we saved on both ends of the deal. We closed on time and the mortgage rate and quote was exactly what we were told by Todd.
Description of Work: I refinanced my house in Spokane Wa. Todd got us the loan we needed at the rate we were looking for the cost was way lower they any other bank or credit unions. Spokane Mortgage did a great job.
