Spokane Home Buyers

On short notice, over the Xmas holidays, Mike showed us numerous homes in the large financial range we gave him to work with. We then left the country. Mike took care of everything and answered all our extensive questions on a timely (and within an 8 hr time difference) basis. We made our offer and were closed extremely quickly. We have even considered trying to get him to look elsewhere for us if the need arises.

We have purchased several homes over the years and never used the same agent twice. After dealing with Mike and Spokane Home Buyers, I would never go to anyone else. He was candid, knowledgeable and responsive. We first met with him and one of his colleagues and went over what we were looking for. He pulled up maps of neighborhoods and available properties and set up homes to view. He listened to what we had to say and appeared to be in no hurry for us to buy. He was perfectly satisfied to be patient and wait for the right house to come along. We looked at dozens of homes, but when the right house came on the market, we made an offer within 3 days of listing. Throughout the process, Mike responded immediately to our questions and requests, either by email or phone. If he was unavailable, he did not make us wait, one of his colleagues assisted instead. I have no complaints. I guess we didn't realize with our other Realtors what kind of service we should expect. Now, nothing less will do.

Mike is the ONLY choice for buyer's agents in Spokane as far as my wife and I are concerned! We had the most helpful, professional service from him we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. We decided to move from Portland to Spokane based primarily on the housing market, so getting the right house was certainly very important to us. We did not make the easiest clients. We lived 350 miles away from were our agent was and we had very limited times we could come up to look for houses. Mike was always more than accommodating with our schedule. In addition because we could not come up much we had a long list when we could. He was very patient in showing us houses, sometimes knowing that they may not be exactly what we may want, but using them as a tool to help us learn areas and conditions. Then we made it more complicated by going to work on a private luxury train and traveling all over the United States for 6+ weeks at time. It was no problem for Mike though. He worked with us whether we were in Spokane or Cedar City, Utah. As if this wasn't enough he found us a house we absolutely fell in love with and was in the middle of helping us purchase it (all while we were in a different state every day!) and then our company went bankrupt and we lost our jobs and our loan. He still found a way to get the deal done, nothing short of a miracle. We are so thankful we found Mike. He has given our life in Spokane a start we did not think we were going to be able to have. If you want the best that there is Mike is ONE choice in Spokane. He will give it to you straight, even when you don't want to hear it, but you need to. He has a knowledge and influence base here in Spokane that I feel would be hard to beat. He is without question on your side when you are buying a house. Using him was a choice my wife and I know has changed our lives. Sounds extreme I know, but it is truly heartfelt to us.

Overall great! We searched for homes together for approximately 8 months. He knew what we were looking for in a home. The process of finding through closing was relaxed and very smooth. Mike as a joy to work with and communicated well, keeping us informed about every detail. He even loaned us their company truck which we used to help move our belongings.

The overall experience of buying a home was better than I had hoped for! I was referred to Mike Crowley and Spokane Home Buyers from a close friend. He had had a great experience, and had been referred to Mike from his family. Being someone who had never been a part of the home buying process, I took a first time home buyer's where Mike was one of the instructors. It was great to be able to send a quick e-mail if I had a question and I would always get a prompt response. It also helped to be able to quickly receive and send documents. I really feel that being able to communicate over the phone and by e-mail was a huge advantage to keeping the processes running smoothly. Because Spokane Home Buyers is so great at what they do, it only took two weeks to find my first home. They helped me make my offer, keep me on track with all of the paperwork, kept me informed of the progress toward closing, and finally, Mike was there when I closed on the house and got my keys to my first house! Mike also made sure that he was available for any questions I had once I was in the house. I didn't have to worry about anything! When I worked with Spokane Home Buyers, I felt like I was a part of their team and family. I enjoyed working Mike and the professionals at Spokane Home Buyers and have told all of my friends and family about my great experience and hope that they will use Spokane Home Buyers in the future because it will be the smartest move they'll make when buying a home.
