Analyzed the issue. Simple fix in safety shutoff. Repaired, cleaned all other fixtures in the fireplace and made sure it once again worked correctly and safe. Very professional and personable. Would recommend to others.

Wonderful found the issue was the thermostat not the fireplace and let us know everything needed so we could change it cheaper.
