My wife and I were in the market to purchase an elliptical. After visiting about every exercise store in Spokane, we came to Spokane Exercise Equipment. We purposely avoided this store because our friends told us that they were kinda pricey and only sold high end equipment, which is true, but…. We ended up purchasing a piece of equipment that was more than we wanted to spend, but after have a great experience with Gary, we felt really good about it. Unfortunately, the equipment we receive was a factory lemon. I got to know Amber (another employee) on a first name basis trying to get it fixed and after a month of getting nowhere with NordicTrack (the parent company) Gary said “come down to the store and pick out something else you would like.” Wow… So we did. He also had the new one delivered to our house at no extra cost and removed the old machine. I consider this going above and beyond and highly recommend Spokane Exercise Equipment to anyone.
