He. Spoke like he knew what ha was doing. But he did not fix my clock. I had to take it back twice because it quit once I got it home. I decided not to take it back for a third attempt. I too it to another clock repair and had it repaired. The man at Spokane Clock bent some of the fragile parts of the clock's mechanisms trying to force them into position. I will never use this clock repair shop again and I urge everyone else to avoid it.
Description of Work: He tried to fix an antique clock. I had to take it back twice and decided not to return for a third try.

To Whom this may concern, in the several thousand clocks that I have restored I have come to understand that there are 2 parts to every clock. The clock and it's owner. I have enjoyed the people that I have met in the course of restoring their heirloom family treasures and collectibles. It is my honor and I will continue to be trusted to meet this responsibility honorably. I have come to respect that perfection is not always in my grasp, however, given the opportunity, I've always honored that trust. We at Spokane Clock are enjoying more than 15 years of service to the community, 5 1/2 years on North Division Street.
