A roof is a major investment for a home owner and after requesting 5 quotes, we went with Specialty Home Products for several reasons. First, they were recommended through a co-worker based on their positive experience. Then Mark actually came out to the house to look at the roof and followed up with an estimate. Mark was knowledgeable about the process, product, and provided balanced options for us to choose from. Lastly, it was Specialty Home Products' price, professionalism, and warranty that sold us. The great experience didn't end with the sales process. The tear off crew was courteous, professional, communicated, fast and did a great clean up. The install went smoothly and the overall outcome made our home look a million times better. Every line is straight and several problem areas were corrected.

1 window was the wrong size. 2 were different than orderd. total job was 13 windows

Rick came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof on our patio cover. He was knowledgeable, professional and his estimate was the lowest. I usually don't go with the lowest, but he was so professional I decided to anyway. The shingles match our house roof shingles perfectly and we are very happy with the results. I would certainly recommend Specialty Home Products to anyone looking for a new roof. Also, the roofer was fast, courteous and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and even carefully folded the tarps we had on the roof and stored them under the patio so they wouldn't get wet. Great job!

I'm very pleased with my new roof and skylight. The roof gives my home a "new" look. Rick was very nice, returned calls quickly, and is all about making the customer happy. I would use this company again.

I thought the service was less than desirable.

We just started painting our home and when we started pressure washing we had a lot of water on the interior of our home as they did not properly seal the windows. They had to redo the windows as the framing of the windows were to big. The windows were scratched three times as well and had to be replaced by the manufacturer. Overall it was just a shoddy job.

They did a fine job. We had no complaints. The work was costly but all windows are.

They were fast and they were efficient.  They cleaned up after themselves.  They quoted four days and they worked 12 hours in 100 degree weather and they did an excellent job. The price was reasonable and they were easy to work with. I have a big roof and they had to take all the shingles off. He was reasonably priced and in between the two we talked to, or maybe a little higher but my husband just liked him.  They did such a good job that they were worth it.

They are full service. They do siding, widows and roofing. It was good.

They had a great price and they came out and did their job. They cleaned up and there was no mess. There were a few nails left over and they came back and cleaned those up. They were perfect. They were really good and we were happy. I would recommend them to anybody.
