Description of Work: I had a new alarm system put in. Michael was amazing he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and while they were installing it they found a broken lock and fixed it free of charge. They definitely have my business from now on.

Description of Work: Did a great job on one car but didn't correctly phase the second. A short visit with the tech cleared up the confusion

Description of Work: The Management and installation team was very supportive during our one of kind installation. The vehicle had many challenges and the Snow's team was proactive during the whole process...third times a charm but they didn't stop coming up with solutions! All I can say is a happy wife a happy life !

Description of Work: I have needed a specific type of help with a cd player in my truck for a while, because I use my radio and cd player differently than most people and I did not want to replace the old one because it would degrade my current use,---- it is complicated. However, snow's was the first place to actually listen carefully to what I was wanting and they went and talked between 3 guys and came up with a novel way of installing what I needed to continue the current use of my system. No one else would do that for me-- I appreciated their ability to think 'out of the box' and care about what I needed for this particular cd and radio-- they did the work immediately-- right then---- I would definitely recommend them for others.
