Tried to get the right pulls that fitted the zipper they had sold me. They were not interested to correct their error. They just wanted to sell me more pulls. I do not believe that a customer needs to leave a store angry and feeling cheated.

Initial contact on phone provided the info I needed and an estimate that turned out to be right on the mark. The lead time was two weeks but I was told I could drop it off at the shop any time so it would be there if they were able to fit it in. They were, and I picked it up a week earlier than the estimated date. Looks good.

Ordered material last summer when it was on sale. Chair in work que until November. Picked up on time, returned on time. Charges slightly higher than expected but was only given a verbal quote.

From start to finish this company performed outstanding. They showed me many options for replacing a worn out foam cushion on my sofa. I had special needs for the replacement, as an extremely overweight person uses this sofa everyday and sleeps on it. They were able to find just the right type of foam to meet all my needs and installed the new foam that day.

I selected fabric from their extensive selection of samples. When I told the sales person what sort of fabric I was looking for, she immediately brought me a book that had the exact fabric I had in mind. The fabric was ordered and within 3 days after the fabric arrived, my chair was completed. I had asked them to just hem an additional piece of fabric that I lay on the seat of the chair so that my cats could lay on it without getting the chair itself dirty or covered with fur. They went above and beyond, fitting the additional fabric and providing tabs with snaps that I could easily remove when company comes. I highly recommend Royal Upholstery. The quality of their work and their customer service are both excellent.
