There are a select group of service people that we have worked with for years. Our family knows a great electrician, car repair person and NOW a great drain and pipe guy! Ken doesn't just work on the pipes outside the house, but he knows about the pipes inside the house too. If we ever have any problems with our drains or pipes inside the house, he will be my first call.
I cannot shout it loud enough how wonderful this whole experience was. Considering it was regarding our septic system it was refreshing that my interaction with Ken was so nice. Other bids to just look (not fix) our pipes were between $400-$800 for diagnosing the problem and then more depending on what they would possibly find. Ken was honest about our situation and he knew what he was doing.
Seriously, don't make looking in the phone book for a septic, sewer & drain company...a crap shoot....literally! :o) Ken at Root Away is all you will need!
