It took a little longer than expected because it was one of the worst ice blocks they’d seen. Other than that, it went very well.

It went very we'll. They were able to come out the day we called, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and completed the repair work quickly.

Called for a visit because our dishwasher was shooting water all over the counter. Found out it was a clogged line. They cleaned it and told us how to keep it from happening again. While they were here we mentioned that the microwave ran when the door was open but not when it was closed. (it had been repaired by Mr. Appliance before and had not worked right since. They had wired it improperly.) Robinson's also fixed the wiring in the microwave while they were here and it works like a dream. This was important because we have a oven/microwave combo and we would have had to replace the whole unit. This would have cost between $2500.00 and $3000.00. They were very prompt in returning our call and scheduling a visit. We will call them with any further appliance problems.
