The water heater broke down at least twice a year, requiring an expensive ($500-$700) fix each time. After a few years of this, I finally asked that they just stand behind their product and replace it. I was told, "So that's how it's going to be? From now on, you must pay cash, in advance, if you ever want us to work for you again." This was said in the most insulting way to a long-term customer who had paid every bill on the dot. Needless to say, I would never hire them again, or recommend that anyone else do so. Even though this occured a few years back, I still have my receipts.

They came out right in the middle of a time when everybody needed plumbers. They were so prompt and so good. I haven't had to have a plumber since they came out. They were fairly inexpensive considering the circumstances. They did a great job and they came within a day. I was really frantic trying to get somebody so we could turn the water on. I would use them every time I need a plumber.
