Don't even know where to start... The professionalism? The honest business practices? The customer service and communication? The owner and the staff? Honestly it doesn't matter where I start, all ratings are top notch, five starts, 10 out of 10, perfect-o, and would-recommend! I've had a couple fences put up from a couple different contractors / companies but Richey Contracting is the only one (The. Only. One.) I will return to. Finding this team was a blessing! From the quote to the calendar to the materials and the workmanship, all of it was done better than anyone else I've communicated or contracted with. Other contractors were giving me unrealistic and unreliable timelines, quotes, and they were treating me like an uneducated customer. Somehow, even though I'm a man, others would be mansplaining to me how a fence is constructed... Not this team! From day 1 they treated me like a valued customer and a business partner. When installing the staff were friendly,, personable, and professional. On top of that, they nailed the installation (no pun intended). They had the fence up within two days and it exceeded expectations! Can't speak highly enough and am already on their books for another install. Can't wait to work with this team again! We also had a black metal porch railing installed. Looks great! Very sturdy. Now having a third project done. Great person to work with. Very attentive to your needs on your project. Good clean up upon completion. Sabino keeps in regular contact with you. Very clear invoicing. Easy to pay process.
