 + -1 moreOur furnace was not working when we got up. I called Richards at 8 AM and described the problem. The technician arrived in less than an hour, kept us informed on the issue, replaced the igniter and tested the system.
Description of Work: The technician replaced an igniter in our Pulse Furnace.
