We are beginning to have questions about them. I don't know if I would recommend them too highly. When we took it in there, we were complaining about the lifters making a cluttering sound. When we went back to get the car, he said that he hadn't really heard it or they weren't making any noise, and they didn't do anything about it then. He said maybe later on then we'll make another trip down there. While they were doing what they did do, they could have had easy access to replacing those lifters because it was quite a thing to go through to get to them to replace them. They could have done it at that time but they didn't do it. We have heard other people too complain about how much it cost when they take their vehicle down there. My sister had taken hers there and I think she wound up paying $600. I can't remember exactly what they did, but she certainly didn't expect that. They are nice but I think they should have taken care of what we initially took it in about the lifters. When they started going over things, they found this and that wrong which they had to go into some detail about doing what they did with the brakes that they had to replace. They did that stuff instead of doing something about the lifters. I think we would check around if we could find somebody else.

They were great. The price they quoted was the price they charged. On time and professional.

I really appreciate the punctuality and courtesy of Ray and Roy's. They are very responsive and polite.
The issue I have is with the quality of their work. The fuel injector went bad on our vehicle, and when it was replaced, it was quite apparent that they did not actually test drive the vehicle properly - as soon as we went driving in it, it was clear that one of the spark plugs was not firing.
They did fix that for free (which is appropriate, given that the reason the spark plug was not firing was because they cracked it when the put it in). They also did some nice work replacing the gas tank.
However - besides not verifying that the vehicle was running properly, we were told later that the fuel injector parts could have been cleaned (they did not need to be replaced).
I don't believe they are crooked, but I think they need to be more conscientious in their work, and perhaps their mechanics need to be better educated.

He is honest and the work is always on time. They use quality parts and the employees and the shop are neat and clean. They will also give you a ride home if needed. I will continue to use them for auto service.
