R & L provided a contract which listed a license and bond. The contractor is not bonded, therefore not licensed. The work done need updating and was not complete. As the fixes were performed, our satisfaction diminished because the fixes created more issues, for example. The brick on the border wall was not properly glued making the area unsafe. The bricks we not level, some edges sticking up and making a trip hazard. The work to correct the problems created more problems. The pad between the steps was not level. A measurement of one of the steps revealed it was 5 inches and not 7 inches. When they returned to correct the problem, they just put the bricks back in place, poured silicon sealer on the pad and let it harden onto of the bricks. This results of their effort is creating more work to correct.
Description of Work: We requested a hardscape patio.
