"Kelly, We appreciate hearing about the work completed and your satisfaction. Our craftsmen will be very thankful for the feedback, as each project is considered a work of art. Quality Hardwood Floors"
"Kaye, Thank you so much for voicing your comments and concerns. We strive to do better always. Please let us know if you have any concerns so we can follow up with you. Doors are usually taken off to prevent any debris from falling onto the fresh finish on your flooring. Although the customer form letter is sent out prior to the work being completed, our desire is to be thorough with the work to be completed. Our phone # is (509) 483-8401 and my name is Wendy."
"Bruce, Thank you so much for your kind remarks. Enjoy your beautiful hardwood floors and please let us know how we can help you in the future. It is the word of mouth advertising that keeps us in business, so thank you so much."
"Rod, Thank you for your business and we appreciate the feedback. Customers like you have kept us in business for over 65 years and still going strong!"
"Kelly, Thank you for choosing us out of the many contractors in our area. We appreciate the recommendation and hope you will enjoy your hardwood floors for many years to come. Recommendation of 5-7 years to apply a recoat of polyurethane finish if you see wear patterns. If you adhere to a no shoe policy, many times a recoat instead of a refinish can be done in 15-20 years. Enjoy and thanks again!"
"Tom, Thank you for the rating, we could not do what we do without you! Can you believe we are celebrating 65 years...4 generations...and looking forward to the future. Enjoy your floors!"
"Mary Ann, Thank you so much for the testimonial...I will make sure the craftsmen get this feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to make your hardwood floors beautiful again! Wendy"
"Glenna, we appreciate your feedback. Although the machines pick up 95% of the dust, there is a 5% fine dust that will coat the area. Rarely do we see bumps or particles in the floors, sometime all it takes is an open door to check on the floors or walk across the carpet adjacent to the floors that will move the particulates in the air and land on the floor during drying time. We would be happy to rebuff and touch up if needed, just give us a call and we will get it touched up within the week. Thanks again, and enjoy your beautiful new floors!"
"Thank you or the opportunity to refinish your hardwood flooring. Being in business since 1953 has enabled us to meet so many incredible customers along the way."
"Thank you for the opportunity to make beautiful floors! We aim to finish our work in a timely manner always."
"We thank you for the opportunity to be of service. Please pass along our name to friends and family, we are in business because of customers like you."
