This is the second time we have used this provider.  Our first experience wasn't so great because they sent out the wrong carpet.  Eventually, they laid blame on the distributor for sending them the incorrect product.  Although it was a real pain and inconvenience for us last time (it was right before Thanksgiving and we were expecting a houseful), we decided to use them again because we didn't want any confusion in matching the carpet with this new project.  The installation day came up, I had removed all the furniture from 2 rooms in preparation and...they brought the wrong carpet...again.  This time, they admitted to ordering the wrong product by accident.  They were able to install the correct carpet a week later, but in the meantime I was not able to use my basement, which was very inconvenient (we spend a lot of time down there).  They had mentioned the possibility of discounting the price, but I got the invoice and...no discount.  A bit unprofessional I'd say.  That being said, I think I'll be looking for a new company next time I need some new flooring.

This was the second of two companies I worked with in the Spokane area.  I like to spread work around and try other companies to see what experience I have.  I worked with Sue Winsor, she was very nice and knowlegable.   It took time to get the materials as the carpet I choose was not in stock and there was some back log at the manufacturer.  Understandable and not really an issue for me but the whole process was about 8 weeks.  Another part of the delay was due to a request by the linoleum installers to reinstall the baseboard heaters or the linoleum would be too brittle to work with.
I visited the location while the preparation for the linoleum was being done.  In my previous experience with another company, they had removed the toilet to level the floor and install the linoleum right to the toilet drain hole.  The prep for this job had been done with the toilet in place and it appeared they were going to install the linoleum about the toilet.  I removed the toilet myself.
The carpet was installed sometime after the linoleum and I could not get back to the location for two weeks after that install.  The first thing I noticed was that the whole building was 95 degrees inside (no exaggeration).  The baseboard heat had been turned up as far as it would go and, apparantly, left there.  This ultimately added $150.00 to that month's bill.  The work had been done but the place was a mess.  In my previous experience with another company, they cleaned up all the linoleum and carpet trimmings and raked or vacumed up most of the stray fibers.  The carpet install itself seems fine but the linoleum install did not match up my other experience.
Very nice people at Quality Floor & Interiors but I am not pleased with their installers.  Had I not just had another company do the very same work in the other unit of my duplex I might not be quite so critical but the experiences were just that much different.

Last summer Quality Floors and Interiors helped me to completely remodel my kitchen from top to bottom.  Quality Floors helped me select cabinets, flooring, counter tops, tiles for the backsplash, etc.  They arranged a meeting with an excellent cabinet company and accompanied me when I went to the company's show room to select cabinets and pulls, and to meet with the company's representatives, etc.  Quality Floors workers removed all old cabinets, counters, sinks and flooring.  They arranged for electricians to install new over-the-counter and sink lighting.  They arranged for the measuring and installation of new counters and a windowsill.  They arranged for the installation of the backsplash tiles.  They helped me select and then ordered new kitchen sinks, faucets and a garbage disposal.  Quality Floors coordinated with the cabinet removal crew, the cabinet installers, electricians, plumbers, floor installation crews and the cabinet company to schedule of all jobs.  When all the remodeling was finished, they reinstalled my appliances.  All the arrangements, which probably involved at least 40 different workmen of various kinds, were coordinated and scheduled by Quality Floors.  From the time of the removal of my old cabinets to the reinstallation of the appliances took only two weeks, which is what they promised me.  I've compared notes with friends whose kitchen remodeling projects have taken two or three months and involved awful headaches.  In addition to completing the whole project on time, the work was all excellent.  No redo's or do-overs were required.  The people at Quality Floors couldn't have been nicer or more competent.  They treated me like family.  All the workers they arranged to work on my kitchen were highly professional and personable and on-time.  I couldn't have been happier.  When it came time to reinstall a window valance over my sink, it turned out that the cabinets were just a half an inch longer than originally thought.  Therefore, the valance no longer fit between the cabinets on either side of the kitchen windows.  The Quality Floor supervisor took the upholstery off the valance, shaved off a quarter of an inch from the valance frame, and re-attached the upholstery to the valance in such a way that the change was completely invisible.  Other installers would have left the job for the customer to contend with, but not Quality Floors.  I loved working with the Quality Floor people.  I've been meaning to write this review for over a year, but never took the time till now.  One day, when I get around to remodeling my bathrooms, I know I will go straight to Quality Floors.  They're the best!

Two installers arrived at the scheduled time, made introductions, outlined the next steps and carried in the carpet/pad.  They were thoughtful and considerate with opening and closing the outside door, careful to avoid bringing in dirt on their feet.  Installation was very speedy and the overall job is beautiful.  I was impressed with the quality of the job and the work ethic that they displayed.

Linda helped us choose three floorings for the various areas of our house from an enormous selection in the showroom.  She is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the various materials, and experienced in planning the installation.  She visited our home personally before the project was started to take measurements, and made other visits during and after installation, in addition to numerous phone calls to keep track of how the work was progressing.  Her experience, knowledge and assistance were invaluable.

The sub-contractors who did the actual installation were masters of their craft.  It was obvious that they took great pride in their work.  99% of the work was completed on or about June 23,   I have only one minor quibble.  The thresholds in two doorways were not installed until almost three months later.  It's unclear whether the delay was because of Quality Floors or the sub-contractors.

The floors are beautiful.
