They have excellent service. If it is summer, they have cold water bottles for you. We've obviously gone back there more than once. My husband's had some additional things done besides the oil changes where he gets the coupons. I think he was pleased because the prices were reasonable. he shops around so their price is reasonable. They are very thorough with the job. There was one thing in the past where what they worked on wasn't really the problem. But then they worked back in and they corrected it and they adjusted once they knew it wasn't the problem. They went to plan B and they didn't end up charging us any additional. They are also very friendly and personable people.

Oil change was a Groupon deal. 2 oil changes and diagnostic check for $34. This is a great price for 2 oil changes even if the list value I was grossly overstated. If they actually charged the $164 for two standard oil changes and inspections I would not use them.

We have taken our cars to Priors for 20 years for major and minor work. I totally trust them to tell me the truth. My car is 20 years old and runs like a top. When I get a new car next year I will narrow it down to five and then ask their opinion.

I dropped the car off and I received a call when it was finished. I showed up and they went through the bill with me and showed me the parts they had changed. It was friendly service and they even joked around about how clean my car was considering the dirty weather outside (I'm a clean freak).
The bill was the same as what had been quoted. I paid with a credit card, received my receipt and when I got in my car there was an ice cold bottle of water waiting for me and a nice thank you note with a return coupon.
Two days later I received a call from Corey (the owner I think...), asking how my car was running and if I was happy with the service.
Wow. I was really impressed and have not stopped talking about this shop to others. I have bragged about them to my co-workers, neighbors and family.
*****On a side note, both times I was at the shop there were several State Patrol cars being worked on. I felt reassured that if they trusted their cars to this shop, then I could too.

Took my truck in to have the clutch fixed, which was under warranty. When I picked my truck up they charged an extra $300, and told me it was because they took my warranty. One month after the repair my clutch master cylinder went out, and I replaced it. The next month my clutch slave cylinder went out, and I continued having to replace them every month, for the next 8 months. I took the truck back to priors to ask why I had this problem, and they told me it was because I used my truck as a daily driver. Four months and 3 slave, and 2 master cylinders later I went back to priors. They then told me it was because I wasn't using genuine GM parts, so I paid them another $500 to replace the slave and master cylinders. One month later I was back at priors with a blown slave cylinder, and demanding they fix the slave cylinder and whatever part that was causing them to go out (likely a warped pressure plate). They took the truck and returned it to me an hour later insisting everything was fine, but before I drove a block I could tell something was wrong. I took the truck back 3 more times that day, and it was still not right. I had finally had enough and drove straight from their shop to the dealership (Camp on Division), and I told them the story. They took the truck and were so shocked by what they found they took pictures. Among other things my transmission hadn't even been bolted tightly to the truck, the pressure plate was warped (causing the loss of my slave and master cylinders), the slave cylinder had been modified in a way they couldn't even believe. I paid them to do the job correctly and haven't had a problem since, and took priors to court where I won I judgement against them for the cost of Camp doing the job correctly.
