My experience with Plumbtech has not been a great one. My problem was simple. My bathroom tub faucet was continuously leaking, and tightening the screws in the handles didn't resolve the leak. I figured they'd need to cut an access in the hallway wall, replace the mixer, and we'd be good. When I scheduled the first call, it was unclear that it was solely for an estimate. I had to wait another 2 weeks to get an actual 'fix'. Then they cancelled on me to work on another job that was taking too long. The actual repair took about 2 hours to do all that we discussed as well as replacing some old copper piping and adding shut off valves. Josh was polite and easy to work with, but his work was rushed and problematic. His connection to the shower was not solid and when turned on, I had a significant leak running through the wall down to the basement. His work to seal the fixtures also lacked what I would expect from a professional. The handles aren't even set symmetrically. It took another 3 days to get him back to finish/reseal that fitting. He offered no rebate for the shoddy work and trouble of taking off work 4 times. I looked at the reviews online...they were all glowing, but my experience with this company was rough.
