Peter Shiva does cleaning and restoration of furniture. He builds new furniture. He does molding, wall paneling. He is really outstanding. He is quiet busy. There were about 20 pieces of furniture and basically he gave a proposal on each one of them. It was very professionally done. He gave a picture of each one and a description for it, what it needed, what he would do and what he would charge. Each of them was a different price depending on the complexity. The prices were wide range and these were fairly valuable antiques. He worked on the restoration of the Davenport hotel in downtown Spokane. He is really a craftsman and in-fact some people say he is one of the top 6 people in the country. The price was reasonable.
