"Please note this client was indeed informed of her faulty pipes and other incidence that occurred during our assignment back a year in a half ago. We are not liable for deterioration of homes while a client is away for a month. Our response to the situation was prompt in contact this client for which she informed us she knew the pipes had maintenance problems since they were recently serviced and still not up to par. She at that time, was happy for the extra mile we went to maintain this problem until she returned home. ???"

I ended up not using the Pet Sitting Provider because they said that it was not cost effective for them to drive to my home in Nine Mile Falls to care for my five large dogs.
