Fixed cracked cylinder head and other items.

They were in the middle of putting on snow tires for a lot of people. The technician still took some time to look and my car and fix my problem. I would return to this provider, and I do recommend them to friends

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.I work for the number one company in the world and we KNOW what customer service is. Jeremy and his team are kind, courteous, and genuine. They don't bombard you with "car talk". They will explain things in terms that you understand so you can the best decision for you ( and your wallet). They won't try to "up sell" you like most auto repair places do. They just do the work that needs to be done and the prices are fair for the work done. Their bay's are completely wide open for all to see. No hiding, just transparency. I would recommend ANYONE to go see Jeremy and the team at Perfection Tire Downtown Spokane.

It went fine--especially how fast they were. I really don't know at this time how the tires hold up having not even gone through a winter yet and how long the last.

Got an estimate over the phone within 2 hours, made an appointment, and work was completed in 1/2 a day. Very nice and honest!!!

I have had them take care of my car for years and I have had a lot of work done from them. I am very pleased with them. They have always seemed to have done good job and their pricing is reasonable. I have confidence in them. I paid them $150 for life time oil change for that car. I have been taking the car once in every three months for oil change and they charge me $5 for oil and tax.

I took my car in on a Thursday morning so they could diagnose the problem. They called me just after noon and told me the master cylinder was leaking. They could get the parts the next morning and have the car done by early afternoon the next day. I told them to do it. The car was finished when they said it would be and the brakes are now working properly. I did some checking and the parts cost they charged me was alot higher than I could have gotten the part for anywhere I checked. Overall, quality of the work was fine and the staff was pleasant but I was disappointed at the cost of the parts.

I called on Saturday morning to see if they could find out what was wrong with my car, as it was making a clunking noise in front and back when I went over any bumps. I assumed it was needing new struts. They had me come in right away and within 20 minutes they told me I needed some tie rod bushings up front. I asked them what was wrong in back, and they said everything was fine (they could have easily sold me something as I told them something was wrong). I did have them re-check, as I am sure some noise was coming from there. They did find a some issue with some bushings there too but not as bad, so I had them fix those too. They did all repairs that day, drove me home and offered to pick me up as well. Great coffee while waiting for estimate. I have found a new repair shop that I really believe I can trust that gets stuff done when they say they will. Only took them 2 hours to fix everything.
