Perfection Lawn Care

He was true to his word. I now have a lawn that the neighbors compliment all of the time. I'm sure they are glad that my lawn no longer affects the sale ability of their houses. The only negative comment that I have was the fact that it usually takes 2-3 days for them to return my phone calls. (I now use them for weekly lawn service.) I think this reflects the overall professionalism of the company, and keeps them from having an overall A for their grade from me. This could be because they are a smaller company which forces the owner to work alongside his employees on occasion, but shouldn't preclude a return phone call to answer questions or concerns from their customers in a timely manner.

We have used them for three years. At the time we hired them, they were less expensive than other people. They are a young company and they hire people who are not employed or employable. We had a problem at the beginning of the year discussing this, because they were not training them properly. We just discussed it with them and it has been very good since then.

Called Perfection Lawn care to arrange for them to remove snow from drive and walkway. As soon as there was a day of 2 inches of accumulation, the crew arrived and promptly got the snow cleared. Each major snowfall has brought the same experience. We are awaiting our first billing, but have been advised the fee will be $25 per clearing.
