Job went great. I was out of town and the crew finished job guickly and professionall.. no problems so my presents was not needed. The new pole and line is better now with routing that doesn't cross over other buildings. Thanks for a great job. I recommend ok electric very highly as they will get your job done right.

We just had some electrical work done, they are called OK Electric. They did a good and excellent job. It was a reasonable price. The bids range from mid behind twenty and for the same work. They did good work. They see the inspector, came and check them that they have used some material, trim left but I think that was the fault of their boss. They came back and fixed that right away. They had a meeting and pass the inspection. They stood behind their work. They showed up on time, were a couple of times delayed because they had not finished at another spot. It happens, so I did not get up and I understood but they kept us informed. We are really happy with them. They were very amenable to do whatever they could that I wanted to suit them the quote. It was perfect.

The guys who came out were great- they got the seemingly complicated correction done in less than 15 minutes. My problem came when they sent me a bill charging me for 1.5 hours of labor for 2 men. When I called them to inquire as to why I was charged for 1.25 hours more than they worked, the lady told me it was for "drive time". I understand that these men are trained well and do an excellent job, but charging well over $100 for driving to the job without detailing that charge to the consumer when they ask for a quote is a shady and deceptive practice. It is silly that they first feel like they should charge over 100 dollars for drive time, and even worse that google maps say they can do both ways to my property in less that 35 min. They did not even try to resolve my issue when I called- just told me the charge was for "drive time" and had no problem sending the bill over promptly.

I was looking for someone to install 4 ceiling fans in our
new home. In the past (3 homes) I have installed the fans myself, but I did not
have the time due to work and two of the fans needed to go into rooms where
there outlets needed to be installed.
I had contact one other vendor for the work and was
concerned about the price they provided, so I called OK Electric to get another
bid. I sent an email to OK Electric describing the work I wanted to get done
giving as much detail as I could and was pleasantly surprised when I got a
quote via email. The other vendor I had contacted required someone come to the
house and they charged for the visit.
I knew approx. what I would spend for the work and OK was
right in line with what my expectations were.
On January 10, two elections showed up at my home and after a quick walk
thru, they started work on the installations.
Two rooms had lights that were going to be replaced with fan
and 2 rooms were new installations. As with most work like this, they ran into
minor problems but were able to resolve quickly. So glad I did not try to do
this on my own.
The people I spoke with and met at OK were professional and courteous.
They returned calls and emails as expected and there prices were fair. They did
not try to charge me for the initial quote and the fact I could explain what I
wanted in an email or over the phone to get a quote was great. I would highly
recommend OK for anyone needed electrical work done at their home or at a
business.

This is the second time I have used OK Electric and I am just as happy with their service and professionalism. Drew tied into an existing outside outlet, ran galvanized conduit along the outside of our house to three boxes where the security lights are mounted. We purchased the lights.

The workmanship is neat and professional, well worth the money to now have a house that has adequate lighting.

I would like to say thank you to Drew and Jake for their friendly attitudes and professional workmanship. Both of these men worked well together and were able to answer my questions. The bid for the work performed was fair and the quality of the job great.

We had an issue at my work place with some lighting after a bad storm took our our power and we really needed it to be up and working quickly. They were wonderful. Polite, quick and got us up and running in no time. I would call them in a heartbeat if we ever need work done again.

They worked with me to review and revise estimates, performed very efficiently, were timely, friendly, courteous, and returned after I had paid, to fix a plug that didn't work w/o charge. Also, answered questions patiently and clearly.

I gave them a list of my "electrical issues" and they quickly took it from there. After 2 1/2 hours everything was solved, fixed and installed. You want it quick. quality work and inexpensive...you only get two. I got the two most important, prompt service and professional work with no outside issues. I would used them again.

They did the work as promised, on time and did a excellent job. They gave me a bid for the work and did not try to charge $50 as other contractors did to bid. Their bid was one of the lowest and the work was excellent.

It was completed in good time and were pleased with their work!

It went over just fine and the two electricians stayed on the job for over three hoursI I called later on a different electrical problem and it was resolved over the phone.

Excellent. Boone, the estimator was professional, very knowledgeable and creative in providing suggestions that met our needs, but were not prohibitively expensive. The 2 electricians that came out knew their stuff, worked very efficiently and explained things along the way. They orchestrated their work so they were done in a day and didn't have to back-track on anything. They had to come out a second time to replace the original fan (which stopped working). We decided to up-grade the fan; they credited us for the old fan, and only charged us for the difference, which we were very pleased with. Again, very conscientious about their work - and showed care for their customers.
We happened to have the work reviewed by the county inspector (it's random as to who they review), and the inspector was very complimentary OK Electric. He was in our house just a few minutes - and said that these guys (meaning OK Electric) do very good work and he's never had a concern when he inspects their work.
We are very pleased with the work they did and would not hesitate to have them do electrical work for us in the future.

They did a professional job and came when they said they would.
