We where explained that the return policy is that you have to trade up in price of mattress within 30 days if your not satisfied. We tried to do just that. When we purchased the original mattress they gave us 200.00 off the listed price for no reason what so ever. Strange sales tecnique? Then when we tried to trade in the mattress on the next mattress up. They then would not give us the same discount on that mattress. They would only sell it for the retail price. That mysterious discount they so redily offer on all the beds goes away if you need a different one. Bottom line!!!!! The return policy is terrible. And they dont stand behind the their products.
