The men who came out were pros. The were efficient, discussed with husband process for removal, where we wanted new water system, what our needs and expectations were and they were wonderful. Then they walked both of us thru what we would need to do. They showed us how to use new, technical thermostat. We are very pleased with Norco and their service men.

Very accommodating same day service. Repairman completed work before I got home from work and was in his truck when I got home. Even though he was already done and paid by my wife, he came back inside and explained the repair.

They're very good. I like their service pricing and personnel and their responsiveness. They have the only service guy for this particular area. He is very efficient and very thorough.

I love Norco! With the heat wave in Spokane, we were cooking in our old house!! They worked us into their schedule and we got our air conditioning in within two days!! Amazing! They are all so nice at this company and willing to explain everything. They installed a new furnace last fall, and it was awesome too.

They are very thorough in their checks. They check everything, wiring, thermostat, change the filter, and vacumm it out. They cover their shoes with booties.

I called Norco this morning and told them my A/C condenser pump was not working and water was pooling in my basement. Although they were pretty booked up they managed to squeeze me in this morning. The technician, Dan, showed up, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in 10 minutes. He was very polite and professional, and he did not charge me a dime for the service call. I was very surprised, and very happy because he could have charged me for the service call. The customer service and honesty was refreshing and I highly recommend Norco and Dan.

Company is located in Spokane WA. From the first contact they were friendly courteous and professional. The technician arrived on time and he was knowledgable and efficient. He all the appropriate tools and was friendly and professional. He checked the whole system over did the repairs and was good about explaining what he was doing. We are COOL again. Thank you. I will definitely call them next time and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I called Norco in the morning and I had a technician at my home by 10am. The tech was very professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it, in about 50 minutes. He came back and cleaned up every bit of mess made and left the area as if he was never there. This shows respect for my home. He was very polite and I recommend Norco.

They did what they said they would do. They come out and help us out if we have issues. We had a little problem recently with our temperature gauge and we just called them and they walked us through.

It was $430.00 for the control panel part and It was a little more than I would have thought, but their is not much you can do when you have no heat.
