Comcast had to replace all of these outlets.  The cost was covered under my contract with them.

I spoke with Frank Gutierrez about 2 weeks before he did the job. He visited my condo and gave me an estimate for the cable installation. He showed up punctually on 6 October and began the work of installing new coax cable and Cable TV, Broadband, and Telephone ports in the living room and two bedrooms. During the installation he brought in a professional carpet layer to take up and reinstall the carpet as he carved out channels for the cable in the carpet padding. He finished the job the next day (7 October). At the end of the job he brought in a professional cleaning crew who cleaned the entire condo, leaving it in better shape than when he started. Comcast activated the cable service on Friday, 8 October and the everything was perfect. Frank returned on Monday, 11 October to assure everything was working properly AND brought touch-up paint to paint over scuffs on the trim and wall which occurred during the installation process. It was a very professional job from start to finish!
