They towed my vehicle in an inappropriate manner which caused the alignment to go out. They denied they did it and refused to pay the $119 alignment fee. I have pictures of how they towed it as well. Worst customer service ever I would never reccomend them to anyone. If you value your vehicle stay away fr nelson towing.

Couldn't start my car, so called for towing. Didn't need my service. Nelson's tows if you spend $200 or more free. Quick service. Clean facility. Very professional, courteous and kept me informed.

The wreck happened on Sunday May 6th, the estimate was done on May 7th, the repair was done in 1 day on May 14th. Very easy to deal with, and quite painless. Would highly recommend them.

Referred by a friend, the first call to discuss the problem was handled well. I dropped the car and waited - I was comfortable and was able to do work on my computer. The price seemed fair enough and the car performs better than it has in years. Really nice people.
