Very poor customer service. No follow through after I had the house tested. I had to call after two weeks of waiting for the test results when I was told it would be 2-3 days. After the results we discussed having my attic inspected for a possible leak which I wanted before the testing was done. I was told I would be referred to a roof company they would recommend then after any repairs were done, if needed, I wanted the house treated. I have never heard back from the company. It has been a month now.

Our family had a basement flood and My Pure Environment was out within 24 hours. They were very professional And had a great wealth of knowledge concerning mold and itâ s effect on our home and family. They were able to quickly remediate the mold not just at the visible spot of concern but in the whole home for almost half the price of all the other mediator quotes we received. Plus they offered a warranty when no one else would! I would highly, highly recommend this company for any mold remediation or testing.
