Technician Alex was thoughtful, on time and professional.

They came and did the job. But they have not repaired the wall damage in the bathroom. They specifically said that they would have a handyman contact me. This was almost a month ago. The first couple of emails were replied to, but the last one was ignored. I had to have a different electrician fix the way the light was mounted. The job took over 5 hours. I'm afraid to go into my attic to see the damage to the insulation and how many holes were drilled before finally getting it right. The job done was not worth the price that I paid. If the job was finished professionally and the wall was fixed as promised, then the price would be agreeable. I do not recommend Mr. Electric. Don't pay the balance until they have fixed everything to your satisfaction, because you won't hear from them again. I think that they just want you to forget about the problems and fix the walls by yourself. There are literally 4 drilled holes in the wall and ceiling before finally cutting out the area so he could see inside the wall. Lots of work to do to repair this.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I spoke with perhaps half a dozen different electrician outfits around Spokane and ran into unreliability, outrageous prices, and unavailability. One even changed their mind about providing service stating that I "ghosted" them because it took about a week to get quotes from others and let them know where I was at with it, and that was after telling me that it's totally reasonable to get quotes and take my time. Not with Mr. Electric, though. They were patient, reasonable, responsive, had the best price for the best quality professional work, and AMAZING customer service with every member of their team I spoke with. I'd never had electrical work done and knew better than to install the outlet myself. So incredibly glad I went with them. Extra shout-out to Alex who headed up the project for expertise, professionalism, and great service. After this experience, I know it's smart to explore options, but I wish I'd just gone with Mr. Electric from the get-go and not wasted my time with others. Every member of their team contributes to an all-around outstanding experience. Out of five stars, I give them a hundred.

I can't say enough good things about this contractor. I've used the other main electrical contractor in Spokane and I was not happy and I was overcharged. This business was wonderful and reasonable. They were also very fast and coming out and giving an estimate to the work I needed done. There was no charge for the estimate. They work with my schedule in arranging a time to come out and do the work which was pretty involved. The price was reasonable. I live in an old house I was having a new stove and Hood put in and needed new special circuit breakers and outlets and they install the hood lots of stuff. Brian and Darrin came out. They were such a nice young men. Very pleasant and professional. They cleaned up everything very considerate and polite. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them

Our guys were great and they worked very quickly. Super easy to schedule and they were able to start sooner than we had expected, also great. Our only complaint is that they left behind screws, dust, etc., so it wasn’t the cleanest.

Andy Anderson arrived @ my home with in 1/2 hour of calling. He solved my electrical problem in a very timely manner. He is very good at what he does. He is a pro that has lots of integrity & pride in his work. He has alot of compassion and a very kind heart. I highly recommend him for any electrical issues my have. I was so pleased today with the service and the price that I was given by electricians from Mr. Electric. Alex and Tyler came out to solve my electrical problem. They were efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. They immediately identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I will use this company in the future. I highly recommend them.
