The price included a new sky light, some flashing and gutter covers to keep leaves and debris out. Of course to remove the old shingles and clean up. I had one question after they left and they came out the next day to make sure everything was right. The price was one of the lowest bids we had as well. I was very satisfied with the work.

From estimate to follow-up after completion, all personnel were prompt and professional.
Estimator was well-versed in roofing, and provided good reasoning on decisions and what was needed to complete job.
This was only company of those interviewed who did not require 50% deposit up front.
Tear-off crew (all employees and wore Co. shirts) arrived and promptly went to work.
No radios or abrasive language used. Crew worked like a team.
Roof measured 42 squares and work was completed (including new gutters and downspouts) in four days.
All my concerns were given to crew and they followed through, especially chimney flashing instructions.
Final price matched estimate.

They were quick and performed quality work. When they discovered a mistake on final check they acknowledged it repaired it and did not try to hide it. The roofs have been secure and fault free from the day they finished installing them.

They are very professional. Explained the work to be done and completed it in a timely manner. The workman cleaned up all debris; there was no mess left in the yard.

All in all the job was pretty good from start to finish

I was very pleased with the work done to my house by Morris Clark Siding and Windows. I had nine windows replaced and the house and enclosed patio sided. The owner of the company, Carl, was very professional and helpful.
The young men who installed the windows and the man who did the siding were friendly and professional. They all did excellent work and cleaned up the debris left after the work was completed.
I am very satisfied with them and would recommend Morris Clark to anyone.

I think everything went really well. The sales person who came to our house was very personable, took plenty of time to answer our questions and was very patient with us. He came back a couple of times before we made up our mind. We were pleased with the products once it was finished. The head person was very good and came back every day to check on the crew. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday, they didn't leave anything out. We were really pleased with it. They were average in price. We did have one delay, but they got our approval first.

It took some prompting to get a solid date. We were first told the job could be done within a couple of weeks, as the contractor would do it if there was another job they were working on in the area. So, we waited a week and followed up with another call, and got a similar story --it would be a couple of weeks due to the windstorm which had just hit. It was a different explanation, but same suggested delay. We almost gave up on them, but when it was explained that we had a schedule (as well), we got an immediate date and time. The contractor arrived with two workers, who were very personable. One performed the work and the other collected my money IMMEDIATELY. That felt strange, too. Why the hurry to take the customer's money before the work had been performed --particularly given the small amount of money involved? I think it was because one was a manager who wanted to leave, and did before the work was complete. The second worker stayed and worked quickly and professionally.
