+ -1 moreBill’s contractors license suspended July 16, 2019. We had quality issues as the drywall set up some of it has cracks showing. He charged us more per hour than the agreed to price and he only backed off when we showed a previous invoice with the correct price on it. Also, we discovered he previously operated under the name WAM construction, which has horrible reviews from the 2010’s. Bill had cancer and was out of business from 2011 to 2018. So there are no reviews for him during that time. When you go back further, you will see his name on permits, but that’s his Dad. He is Bill Morin the 3rd. His dad and grandfather were former builders in Spokane and Bill is getting business from their reputation. We were fooled.
Description of Work: We had several very small projects done by Bill. Drywall work, had damaged subfloor replaced, replaced a few doors. The more he did, the more we realized this is like the first time he has ever done this. He has few tools. Little know how.
