First off I called about 5 companies from Angie's list and of the ones that did show for an estimate Moran was the only one that could do all the required work and they were the only one that offered alternatives to what I needed.  The previous owners had created raised beds using basalt rock on two sides of the yard and as there was existing landscaping I wanted to save the beds.    The problem with the raised beds and the fence install was created by the fact that the previous owner had used the old wooden fence to hold the dirt in the beds and of course these were rotting out and I would have to have something to retain the dirt in place.  All previous companies said I would have to subcontract for cement work on my own and they could do the rest.  All I could see was a major mess and a huge cost.  Moran fence arrived and saved the day!  Not only could they do all work necessary to build a retaining system along with the fence, they offered an alternative to a concrete retaining wall using a product called gravel board.  Wow!  Did that impress me!  That one suggestion saved me thousands of dollars.  I was given a detailed quote with alternative pricing for wood and chain link in writing.  I set a date for install in the spring and they were there at the crack of daylight on the appointed date.  It happened to be one of the worse weather days you could imagine - rain and cold - and they worked through it all.  Within two hours my old fence was down and on the truck and the post holes were being dug.  They allowed two days for the posts to set then returned and finished the job - and I do mean finish.  (Thank goodness they had a beautiful day this time). Not only did they finish the fence but they put all the dirt back in place in the raised beds, they raked and cleaned up to include every scrap of anything.  The whole process was amazing and professional.  Their price was a little more but they are well worth it!  As their motto says "We Install The Best and Fix The Rest".  I can only add Amen!  I was assured that Moran Fence will stand behind the install at any time.  It was a pleasure to work with such a professional company and I recommend them to anyone that wants a fence done right the first time!

They did what they were hired to do. The fence is in place and the gates work just fine. They didn't give us a schedule for the work to be completed and were difficult to get a hold of. The job took longer than I expected, but they did good work. Don't call them if you are in a hurry, but if you have the time to wait and patience for multiple calls to them for service then go for it. I actually called them back to get pricing for fencing on another part of my yard, but they never returned the call.

It seemed a little slow and disorganized; not the highest level of professionalism.

The fellas initially said the project would be completed much later than we needed, but we didn't have an option. Then they came 2 weeks before that, which was GREAT! Squeezed us in, as it was extremely important for our pets. The other company we interviewed would have charged us about the same, but that was using OUR materials! Nice enough guy, but way too expensive. This outfit was expensive, also, but the going rate, from what we understand.

I contacted Moran Fence regarding getting a 6 foot chain link fence installed on Monday January 20th and Jerry came out to give a quote on Wednesday January 22nd. Out of the 3 companies that came out he was the only one to give a written quote on the spot. I read the other reviews and noticed that most of them said Moran Fence is not the cheapest so I was expecting a higher quote from them. In fact, they were the LOWEST quote. We had the fence installed last week and they did a fantastic job! It was a 2-man team and they came out on Tuesday the 25th of February to set the poles. They also removed a few of the old poles we weren't able to remove ourselves. They said they would be back on Friday to finish because we were very much wanting it done by the end of the week. Imagine my surprise when they showed up on Thursday, a day early, to finish the job. They worked quickly and efficiently and I am ecstatic about the finished product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality fence at a great price.

A bit more than others but trusted the quality and reputation.  Great warranty.  Great employees, friendly, hard-workers, prompt, and fast.  Highly recommend.

They were not the lowest bidder.  They knew what they were doing. Quick. Professional. Fence is better than I expected.

My 20 year old fence blew down in a storm about 1.5 years ago.
I needed a new one.  I wanted to discuss different styles of fencing with somebody who knew fencing well.
I contacted three contractors for estimates and advice.
 
I chose MORAN FENCING after seeing some of their work elsewhere and because they have been in business for years. The estimate and advice was professionally provided.  MORAN FENCE was not the lowest bid.
We scheduled the project to start on 12-6-2012 and be completed on 12-10-2012.  MORAN did exactly that.
The new section of fence looks great and is well constructed.  The builders knew what they were doing and arrived at the time they said they would. 
I don't  know what else I could have asked for or expected.

The job included removing old fence, setting new posts, attaching horizontal rails and attaching vertical fence boards.
All personnel that I worked with were very friendly and courteous.  They were extremely punctual, and cleaned up the work area well.  We had many "special" requests about how we wanted certain aspects of the job done, and the company worked with us through all of these requests.  Even with the established nature of the yard (lots of shrubs, trees, etc. near the fence line), they never complained about having to work around 'natural' obstructions.  The end result is a beautiful fence that will undoubtedly be standing much longer than I will be!My only complaint is that due to scheduling issues (some not the company's fault: holiday, weather), it was about 10 days between when the posts were set and when they came back to install the fencing.  However, this was a small inconvenience to pay for the overall high quality of their work.

Moran fencing started first thing Monday morning and completed the first phase by noon on Tuesday.  It consisted of removimg the old fence and cementing in the poles for the new fence.  The following Monday they finished the regular chain link fence in the back.  Monday, 20 Feb 12, they finished installing the black chain link fence and gates.  It took less than 24 working hours to complete the project.  The crew did an awesome job.  They worked throught wind, rain and snow.  The teamwork of the crew was amazing.  We would like to thank Moran Fencing for their awesome service and professionalism.

The quality of work was fantastic and they guaranteed their quality of work for life along with the materials.  They have finished 2 fazes as of today but we still have two more to go. The work crew, along with the owner, are very friendly and focused on the quality of work.  They always cleaned up after themselves.
