MOR FURNITURE FOR LESS

Description of Work: Ordered a black bedroom set from Mor. Black set came with white a bed! Dresser was damaged and both were refused at delivery. We waited for a call with estimate of when the problem would be corrected but no call was made. Went to the store after no response. Replacement pieces hadn't been ordered. Ask for a refund. Said they could only send in for a refund for items that didn't get delivered. They wouldn't accept the remaining pieces and I had to deliver them myself to their delivery warehouse. Two refund checks were to be sent to the wrong address. They sent it to the house we lived in seven years ago. You'd think the check would be sent to the same address where the furniture was delivered? One check showed up around the first of October. No one ever called to apologize for screwing things up. The worst PR and customer service. Original order date was 8/4/12. Called on 10/20 to say that I had to come in to pick up the refund check. Two months after items were returned we got our refund. We own a business. If we screw up we take care of the customer immediately.
