+ -1 moreUnfortunately, MJ Construction was paid up front for the majority. Part of the work was done, then he “ghosted” us. We also paid for a new air conditioner that was never received from him. After we fired him and hired another contractor, he told us to our face that the $$ for the a/c would be refunded to us in 3 days, but it never happened.
Description of Work: Painting, flooring, trim, air conditioner, cleaning, etc.
