Louie’s provided a free estimate and the actual service cost was within 6% of estimate. Service was done in quoted time period and only required 3-day wait to get into service queue. Happy with results.

Concerned I had a transmission issue, I took the Jeep into Louie's.  Rick (I'm not sure if he is the owner) took a look at the gear shift column, told me what the problem was and took care of it, right then and there.  He assured me there was no safety hazard and/or concern and he would personally make some calls to find a replacement part and to continue driving as normal, but to be sure and repair it. 
Simply put, these people are simply the best.  Bree, the administrative staffer was nice, professional and courteous. 
We had a 1989 Pontiac Grand Am that had transmission problems, so we'd patronized Louie's before and had a very good experience, reasonable rates, detailed explanations.  Highly recommend Louie's and I'm glad I went back.

They did everything they said they were going to and double checked with me with pricing before any work was done. They also fixed a whiney noise the car had been making for months without even being asked to.

Well I thought I was having some transmission problems so I took my 2003 GMC Denali in to check it out. The shop could not get the problem to repeat itself. I insisted that something was wrong and needed to be checked. They recommended to pull the pan and take a closer look to see if anything looked odd. I received a phone call later in the day stating that nothing looked out of place and the transmission was operating as intended. I had the transmission fluid replaced and the vehicle has been driving just fine since. The thing that I appreciated the most was that they could have said I needed the transmission fixed, rebuilt, replaced and I would have probably gone with it. I thank the guys at Louie's for their honesty and integrity and would definitely use them in the future.

I was very pleased with every bit of the service. Everyone in the shop was very professional to not only my husband, but also me and my son. When we ran into a problem with the transmission so I went right back to the shop and the owner came right out and checked it out. They had it right back in the shop to fix the problem. It was an internal piece that broke that did not look like it needed to be replaced when they did the rebuilt. It was fixed fast at no charge. I would Definitely take all vehicles to them, and recommend them to everyone!

I called Bill at Louie's Thursday afternoon and asked if I could bring my car in for service. He said that afternoon or the next morning would be fine. I need to get it ready for a special camping trip with my grandson and didn't want to break down getting there. They got me in Friday morning and got right on it while I waited. They have been taking care of my car repair needs for years and I have recommended many family members and friends. Thanks Rick and Bill.

They are fantastic and very reasonably priced. They have worked on my cars for a couple of years. The last time in there they rebuilt my transmission. Overall welcomeness of the public and a really genuine desire to get things right for you. They stand behind all their work. Very personable individuals, just a great situation. They are very knowledgable. As I understand, they do the transmission work for a number of agencies in the area.
