Sitting here in the new, to me, house that Sue and I bought
with the help of Jim Grapes writing this review it seems that the journey from
looking to buying took no time at all.
It actually wasn?t as short a journey at it seems now. The
one thing that remained constant was that Jim was always there with advice. The
advice was always spot on.
Jim found us a house in the area we wanted and at the price
point we wanted. That?s what we thought an agent would do but it was the other
things that Jim brought that made this purchase much less of hassle. Jim?s experience
and knowledge of the Spokane market was more than helpful.
We plan on buying another house at later date. If Jim is
still working in the area I will be asking for his help again. I would
recommend him to anyone.

I recently bought an
amazing home with the help of Jim Grapes from
Lilac City
Real Estate.
I have to say that
working with Jim Grapes was a great experience and I would definitely do it
again. Jim is very experienced and knowledgeable.
I learned a great deal from him that I did not know before hand. Jim was very
helpful in getting me pre approved by finding me a great local mortgage
company. When writing up the offer after finding the perfect home, he knew what
to ask for to be fixed and what I could do myself. After the home inspection he
kept on top of things to be repaired that were of extreme importance to make
sure they were getting done on time and correctly. He went to the extra effort of
looking up legal papers on some wiring and sent them to the selling agent so
that they would be fixed according to code. Jim kept in touch with me through
the entire process even after everything was finalized just to make sure
everything was perfect. And it is.

From the beginning Jim made it a great experience and even met us on a Sunday. He stayed with us till the end and made sure we closed the best we could considering the sellers.
