Outstanding. Manager Curtis Graham ensured that I understood everything that needed to be done and kept me apprised of progress while waiting. I like that I get free service/maintenance on the tires purchased for the life of the tires. I've bought my tires here for 18 yrs; go nowhere else.

Wasn't going to do a review on this Les Schwab store but this story just won't end.
In late November or early December brought 4 brand new Blizzak snow tires to them for mounting on my car. I was blown away by the charge for mounting and balancing 4 snow tires; 140 dollars! When I left, my car sounded like a helicopter and I thought maybe someone had wrenched my parking braking on and it wasn't releasing properly so drove home. I jacked it up to check the parking brake and found that one tire hadn't been tightened at all. The bolts had been started but never tightened and the wheel just about fell on the floor. One of the center caps had also been deformed by forcing it on wrong. I called back and the manager told me to bring the car in and they would check the wheel.
The manager told me he was going to review the video and and quot;chew someone's a**and quot;, but I noticed that he was the problem. Yelling and hollering at everyone in the shop to get more production out of the crew and its no wonder guys forget to tighten wheels when this guy was degrading and hollering at them. Anyway they checked the torque on all the wheels and I left. I think the wheel was slightly bent in the incident because of the weird noises the tire made and continuous to make.
I wasn't going to say anything about all this but last weekend stopped at Discount to have them check the balance because things were so loud and screwed up. Not only were the tires out of balance but a sharp kid there noticed that the wheels are a and quot;staggeredand quot; configuration and Les Scwhab had in addition to carving 140 dollars for mounting snow tires, had left a wheel lose, screwed up a center cap, mis-balanced the tires, had put the back wheels on the front of the car. They did it quick though.

Front end problem repaired and steering and ride are smooth. Tires are great and they swap them in and out for no cost so long as I own the car.
