 + -1 moreHad to argue with him re the depth of the outside support. Completely blocked the view out the back window onto the patio and the river/Riverside park. He reluctantly redid the cross support after arguing for an hour. Threatened to fire him so he relented. I paid him and he was supposed to come back to lay in foundation blocks & stain the support beams when it warmed up. Spring came and went then summer. He forgot or delayed over and over. Finally returned in August to finish. Then refused to install the downspout for the gutters, "That wasn't part of the deal. It just says gutters in the bid." I asked why put in a gutter if you're not going to put in a downspout? He refused to put it up left.
